Returns & Exchanges policy
We accept 100% refund if you don’t like the merchandise we here. All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, merchandises must be in brand new condition with the tags and other accessories as received, unwashed & unworn, or merchandise will be returned to sender.

We will send you the details on how to send the merchandises back for refund or exchange within 24 hour after your email is received.
l Note: We guarantee our products are brand new and come in its original box / packaging. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to Edhstore.Com must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost to mail the item back to Edhstore.Com in original condition & packaging. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the allotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back. After we receive the package and inspection, please allow about 7 business days to process all returns and exchanges.
Shipping is not refundable
Refunds will be credited to original credit card/PayPal account only. Since we offer free shipping to all the orders, so after we receive your return items and inspection, we will credit your money in the amount you paid for the items less standard shipping fee.
Note: Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Edhstore.Com make. We will only refund up to the price of “standard ground/economy” shipping.
Shipping Policy:
We usually only ship to buyer’s confirmed address (The address on file with your Credit Card account, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct).
Once we receive your order and find the order shipping address is not the same with your confirmed address, we will send u an e-mail for asking the correct address of the order. Order will be refused if we haven’t received buyer’s reply within 3 calendar days from the date we send e-mail to buyer. To avoid delaying your order shipping, please inform us to change the address when you place an order.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications. But we will try our best to track for you and let you receive the order as soon as possible.
* Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or out of stock.
Order Cancellation Policy
It will incur about $25 cancellation fee if Cancelling an order after it has been dispatched. We process all the orders as soon as possible, so we are not able to cancel an order after it has been dispatched. Cancellation request after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
